Officiants
(Upon request, we will supply a list of officiants that have served at Nemasket Hill Cemetery.) Please remember, that officiants are providing a service and require payment. When you speak to them, make sure to ask what the fee will be. There will be a Trustee available on the day of your service. Feel free to have them handle giving the officiant your payment. (Quite frequently, families forget to give it to them, as the family is quite preoccupied with the day’s events.)
Provided
Trustees are available to assist you. Please ask. There will be a small table set up for you. If you wish to be actively involved in placing the urn, let us know. If anyone wishes to scoop dirt and place it, we will provide a small scoop for that purpose.
The Service
Make this as special and/or as personal, as you wish. Feel free to bring recorded music, share memories, set up pictures, etc.
Monument Companies
(Upon request, a list will be provided, of local companies.) Remember, the cemetery requires a flat marker or the name on an existing monument within a year of the service.
